Protect-A-Child Aluminum Posted Fence Details Our 4' black aluminum fence is a very strong, good quality fence, superior to all other aluminum post fences on the market.   HEIGHT AND COLOR: 4ft Black (for greatest transparency) POSTS:  Posts are black powder coated .063" extruded aluminum. Reinforcing is with a 12" Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic insert.  These inserts have proven to be unbreakable.  Testing shows the posts do not break until stress travels up the post to a point above the insert.   Strength on these posts is on par with our fiberglass posts.  The finish on the posts is very durable. MESH:  The mesh is identical in appearance to our Textilene mesh and has passed all ASTM independent testing as to strength, longevity, and UV resistance required by all codes.  Restrictions on flaws were made and each section of mesh was thoroughly inspected for flaws.   BORDER MATERIAL AND THREAD; This fence incorporate the same incredibly strong border material and thread as the more expensive Protect-A-Child premium fencing at a discount price. SEWING:  Sections inspected showed 0 sewing skips or loops. SCREWS:  Black painted pan head stainless steel screws are from the same suppler used for the Protect-A-Child Premium Fence. SLEEVES / LATCHES:  This fence incorporates the patented Protect-A-Child point lock latches and sleeves. ASSEMBLY:  The fence is assembled in an identical fashion to our Premium fence including identical drilling patterns and consistent post placement on the mesh.  Sections inspected showed taut mesh, no burred screws or scraped paint, and all screws were fully seated into the molding.   Protect-A-Child Pool Fence Systems, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the FRP aluminum post fencing sections will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of installation.  During the warranty period, Protect-A-Child Pool Fence Systems, Inc., through its authorized distributor, will repair or replace any fencing sections found to be defective in materials or workmanship at its sole discretion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or acts of nature.  All warranty claims must be submitted to the distributor installing the fence and be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
